Enter  the  new  search engine  company called Quran, which has nine employees, and joins a long line of companies such as Yahoo Inc. and LinkedIn Corp., which have sought to create question and answer services that depend on the discretion of the users, not just machines.

These efforts illustrate the continuing evolution of Internet searches, constantly adjusting to new content. In the past, search engines were only able to find links to websites, but now showing results with photos, videos and maps.
